- Microsoft Patch Tuesday.
All this means that I can’t stay home with the cold that I picked up on Saturday!

Did I tell you my luck so far with housing? We’ve always lived three blocks from a polling place. This year, the Bellamar Hotel is letting us vote in the ballroom. Nifty. Now if I can just get out of meetings long enough to vote…I swear all of management must vote by absentee.

One of my parents’ neighbors at least used to volunteer their garage as a polling place, so that was easy to get to when I was living there. These days we’re nearest to my old high school, which is kind of an odd experience, even though it’s just off the parking lot. We could walk if we wanted, but it’s about a 15 minute walk, and on the way to/from work… may as well drive.
